The Reverend Dr. Karri Bryant is a visionary pastor, scholar, and transformational leader at the forefront of faith-based leadership, women’s empowerment, and holistic wellness. Known for her dynamic preaching and compassionate leadership, she bridges the pulpit, the marketplace, and the public square—calling individuals to live boldly in purpose, justice, and hope.
Dr. Bryant serves as First Lady and Executive Pastor of Creative and Experience at New Birth Church in Atlanta, alongside her husband, Pastor Jamal Harrison Bryant. In this role, she provides oversight for creative production, communications, worship and arts, women’s ministry, and community engagement. She is a nationally respected speaker, author, and mentor who has served in government, nonprofit, and ministry spaces.
A recipient of numerous honors—including the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award—Dr. Bryant is the founder of the Distinguished Women of Color Doctoral Cohort at Payne Theological Seminary and the author of The Girl Bible, She’s Lit, and The Nudge. She holds degrees from Morris Brown College, Emory University, and Regent University and continues to inspire women worldwide through faith in action.

Ms. James is being honored with the Grace Meets Greatness – Mother of the Year Award for embodying the true essence of motherhood: triumph through hardship, love in action, and grace under pressure. During her intimate fireside chat, she will share reflections on motherhood, resilience, and the power of believing in yourself—and your child—against all odds.

Grace Meets Greatness Award
Assemblywoman Reynolds-Jackson is serving her fourth term in the NJ Assembly as the Constituent Outreach Chair, Co-Chair of the Joint Committee on Public Schools, and Vice Chair of the Assembly Appropriations Committee. Additionally, she is a member of the Assembly Budget Committee, the Assembly Children, Families, and Food Security Committee, and the Joint Committee on Economic Justice and Equal Employment. Assemblywoman Reynolds-Jackson efforts have focused on championing social justice causes, supporting minority-, women-, and veteran-owned businesses, improving access to quality healthcare, safeguarding the environment, and creating pathways for student success. Karen DuPiche is a four-time Emmy Award-winning makeup artist with the distinct honor of being the first Haitian American to win an Emmy Award for Outstanding Makeup in 2005 for her work on the TV Show The View.

Meet our Saturday Presenters
Dr. Yolanda Lewis-Smalls
Dr. Yolanda is a double board-certified physician in both pediatrics and obesity medicine; through the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. She is the Founder of the Dr. Yolanda Cares Foundation, focused on reducing health disparities in at risk communities. Dr. Yolanda will be bringing her expertise in menopause and weight management to the "What is happening with my body?" session.
Johanna Porter
Johanna is a Certified Transformational Life Coach dedicated to helping individuals master the art of setting and maintaining boundaries without feeling guilty and exhausted. In particular for those who struggle with people-pleasing, work-life, balance or emotional burnout. Johanna will teach us how to "Take off the Mask" and set permanent boundaries.
T'Keyah Slaten
T-Keyah is an Alvin Ailey–trained dancer and certified yoga instructor, who brings a powerful blend of movement and mindfulness, to the mat. T'Keyah creates transformative experiences that invite participants to reconnect with their strength, breath, and inner power, perfectly aligning with the spirit of our "The Power Within Yoga Experience."
Bridgett Battles
Bridgett is an Executive Presence Strategist, Speaker, and Founder of The Bridgett Battles Experience. She works with high-achieving women, leaders, and entrepreneurs who are done being overlooked and ready to command rooms, opportunities, and influence with confidence. Bridgett will leads us through "The Confidence Effect."
